About the Role
Handle administration, configuration, maintenance, support and reliable operation of Fintech servers’ systems, and virtualization
Microsoft Windows Clustering implementation and operations.
Microsoft File Service Management.
Installs, configures, administrate and maintains RedHat Linux operating systems.
Allocate system storage and planning for future storage requirements.
Install and upgrade Fintech servers’ components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
Ensure that the systems are built according to the company and Fintech standards.
Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
Job responsibilities:
Requirements
BSc in Computer science or a relevant field. Strong knowledge in Linux Red Hat OS, and Red Hat enterprise virtualization manager. Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory DNS, Ldap, Wsus, DHCP, and file server. Strong knowledge in VMware environment. ITEL foundation IT service management is a plus. Excellent analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging etc.). Strong result oriented and customer focused mentality. Good problem-solving skills and self-discipline.
