About the Role
-Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft solutions, including Exchange Server, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, backup solutions, and storage. -Implement and configure new Microsoft technologies and integrations. -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our Microsoft environment. -Perform routine maintenance and patching to ensure system security and performance. -Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. -Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration and support. -Document technical procedures and best practices. -Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft technologies and trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. 3 years of experience as a System Engineer or related role. Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft technologies, including Exchange -Server, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, backup solutions, and storage. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
