Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. - 7+ years hands on ERP systems, websites and applications. - 3+ years in a team lead or manager role. - Strong technical background with coding languages. - Python and Laravel knowledge is a plus. - A motivated individual, a quick learner who is committed to teamwork, having strong technical experience ERP systems. - Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills. - Should have knowledge of Database tuning to achieve high performance. - Experience in writing unit testing and test case automation. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Experience in code reviews, setting coding standards, and architectural design. - Demonstrated ability to manage resources and deliver projects on time.
