About the Role
a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire Technology Lead
Job responsibilities:
- As a technical lead/lead engineer, you will be expected to be the go-to consultant on everything software-related and the technical authority on the team
- Responsible for supporting the Product Manager and abridging implementation challenges and quantifying effort and resources needed
- Becomes the SPOC discussing all the technical aspects with the partners, vendors and delivery teams
- Capable of actively pushing back on over-engineered solutions and advocating for improving under-implemented solutions
- Be an advocate for the work done by partners’ development teams and share achievements both technical and business facing with the wider technology group
- Capable of being able to discern when to spike/MVP and can rally a team around the appropriate trade-offs
- Leads agile ceremonies and is capable of driving stories from planning to delivery to customers
- Able to quickly map functionality across multiple technology stacks, and can speak the language with developers, coders and architects
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Working knowledge of the general software development landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of system analysis, and solution architecture
- Experience working with enterprise-scale engineering teams to drive requirements and solution designs
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
