About the Role
• Follow up with the customers and answer all Their questions about products, prices and availability. the product uses, and credit terms.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Estimate or quote prices, and terms to join and inform them of the starting dates.
• Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, and explain product features.
• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, and following leads from existing clients.
• Negotiate details of payments.
