About the Role
Responsibilities: Reviewing test plans to ensure that all steps have been completed and all requirements have been met before approving test plans for execution. Work closely with the Product team & Scrum masters. Mentoring and coach testing team members. Evaluating the success of a test by comparing results to predicted outcomes or using other metrics. Monitoring progress & exporting the Test Summary reports for each sprint/release from the recommended Test Management tool.
Requirements
Education, Qualifications & Experience: +7 years of experience in SW Testing field, with 2 years in a Leadership position. Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. Job Requirement: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Cross-functional and multi-cultural collaboration, team player. Results oriented. Manage an intensive changing environment.
