Job description
maintain company training catalogue, maintain master candidate/ trainee list, communicate with international training vendors/ partners, establish partnerships with training vendors, create and maintain an annual and monthly training plan, manage the registration process of candidates, communicate and negotiate with and source competent trainers to deliver the courses, maintain trainers master list document, ensure training courses are conducted as per the plan in a profitable maner, communicate with Digital Marketing team to market the planned courses, and ability to write training proposals
Job responsibilities:
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Very good command of reading, speaking and writing in English language, good knowledge in Microsoft Office , email communication skills, experience in the training business, knowledge in IT and cybersecurity courses, internet search and research skills, self-motivated, customer focused, work under pressure and as part of a team. Cybersecurity, AI, and computer Networks graduates or experience is an advantage.
