About the Role
Bidbox is looking for a UI/UX designer to join our product design and Engineering team. The primary function of this role is to understand client business users and requirements to design smooth experiences and flows that engages business users and assist them in achieving their goals.
You will be leading the experience design framework to understand user personas, run benchmark analysis, and design UI/UX prototypes for our managed products. You will also engage with the development team to ensure the quality of the delivered product from the user’s perspective.
Job responsibilities:
- Engage with the consulting team to understand product requirements.
- Identify the user personas for products.
- Understand the customers brands to create design languages that leverages their values.
- Create Benchmark analysis for our managed products with relevance to their markets.
- Create flows and wireframes for our solutions and products.
- Design user interfaces for our solutions and products.
Requirements
- Advanced experience in designing with one of the following applications: Figma and Adobe XD.
- Experienced with designing using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in UI/UX function
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps
- Should have worked on creating and refining web apps, mobile application screens, and websites
