- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and elegant design solutions - Create and iterate on user-centric wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that bring new product features and functionalities to life - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize the user experience - Build and maintain a design system that scales across multiple products and platforms, and ensure its adoption by the wider team - Anticipate potential design problems and proactively propose solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility - Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and share your expertise with the wider team to foster a culture of creativity and innovation - Lead by example and actively promote a safe, collaborative, diverse, and agile company culture, inspiring others to embrace our values
Requirements
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Designer, preferably in the Fintech industry - Expertise in designing web applications and software, with proficiency in commonly used design tools such as Figma and similar tools - Strong expertise in user research and usability testing, with experience planning, conducting and synthesizing user research sessions - In-depth understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design, with a focus on creating intuitive and accessible user interfaces - Demonstrated experience in developing wireframes and prototypes, testing design ideas with real users to assess value and mitigate risks - Passion for user-centered design and a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your design thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design recommendations and decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Strong collaboration skills with an agile mindset, excited to work with a range of stakeholders from business and technology - Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends
