About the Role
We are currently looking for a Vendor Registration Specialist to support our registration processes across multiple procurement platforms in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
Register the company on platforms such as SAP Ariba, Mushtaryat (Qatar Energy), Etimad, and other Saudi/GCC government or private procurement portals.
Maintain and update company profiles across platforms to ensure compliance and visibility.
Provide demos or documentation of previous registration projects completed.
Prepare a short video or walkthrough showing familiarity with the registration process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in vendor registration on GCC platforms (especially Qatar and Saudi Arabia).
Strong understanding of procurement systems and compliance requirements.
Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
Good English communication skills.
