About the Role
Warehouse Supervisor
Job responsibilities:
· Achieving a balance of “on the floor” presence and office time.
· Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
· The lead team during shifts.
· Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
· Daily check of the quality of the product in Refrigerators, avoid any damage can happen to the products.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of warehouse management experience – 3PL or FMCG preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Bachelor's degree
- Work location at Industrial Zone, 6 of October City.
