Job Description
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for each Career 180 event to achieve targeted attendance numbers.
- Design, schedule, and optimize social media campaigns to increase engagement (likes, shares, comments) and registrations.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time and match event branding.
- Produce engaging content (social posts, graphics, videos) that drives event awareness and participation.
- Coordinate with external influencers to maximize event promotion reach.
- Monitor and report on event registrations, attendance, and participant engagement; recommend improvements for future events.
- Support on-site event marketing to ensure branding visibility and attendee engagement.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or social media management.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content creation)
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with event operations and other departments.
