Mohamed Farah

Mohamed Farah has worked in the HR field for 13 years. Mohamed is the HR Regional Manager for MENA and Latin America of ZFX, which is one of the top brokers in the Online Forex and Commodities Trading worldwide. He is responsible for the growth and sustainability of human resources for his regions. Focusing on talent sustainability and performance improvement are his main targets.

As part of his HR career, Mohamed has earned multiple positions serving multinationals and Local corporations. He was holding HR Manager in Automotive manufacturer, Regional Talent Management Expert for multinational Automotive corporate HQ in Germany, HE Manager for Local Real Estate Developer. Aside from his Full time progression, Mohamed had the motive to start as a freelance consultant to help startups initiate their HR departments. SMEs and Startups were served by Mohamed starting from the vision and Mission initiation till reaching the operational cycle for HR.
