Amany started her career in the HR field very early out of her passion, and despite her young age, she has solid experience in various HR functions with a core focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management in Egypt & Middle East with a diversified experience in start-up, national & multinational corporates. Amany added to her expertise by gaining The Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Management, a Career Certificate in Human Resources Management & Certified Professional HR Partner from the American University in Cairo, in addition to being a certified professional Assessor by Riverwaves in collaboration with Job Master approved by the British Psychology Society. Currently, Amany is expanding her experience and Exposure by studying coaching & developing employee techniques.
