Amany Helmy

Amany is a passionate HR catalyst who believes that people is the core of every business success, with a diversified experience in different sectors, she started her career in HR field very early out of her passion, despite her young age she has 6 years of solid experience in different HR functions with core focus on Talent Acquisition and spotting the right talents. She added to her experience by gaining Human Resources Management certificate from the American University in Cairo, and preparing her certificate as an professional Assessor from Job Master approved by the British Psychology Society. Currently she is expanding her experience and Exposure by joining Wish-it that provides full consultation and Benefits to startups and SME’s with the vision of “Building Cultures through people-oriented solutions” as Managing Partner handling the HR consultation department providing consultation to several startups in Egypt and Middle-East.
