Biography

I have been working in the talent acquisition industry since 2017. After 4 years of serving the telecom sector, I shifted to the human development sector. That shift actually matches my career values and goals to a huge extent. 

I'm an HR generalist who not only cares about providing opportunities to talents but also focuses on their overall development, whether personal or professional. Currently, I'm into performance management, organizational structure, training, and all the other HR arms that can support talents inside their workplace.

What I see coming in my career is to help talents reach their dream jobs and to help organizations get the best out of their human resources.
