Eman graduated from faculty of pharmacy , Cairo university Class 2009 She worked 8 years in 3 of the most reputable Hospitals in Egypt . In her previous role as a clinical pharmacist, Eman gained valuable experience in the healthcare industry. She worked closely with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications. she led her team towards their own professional development through conducting several career developing sessions and facilitated sessions : How to be resilient at work?, teamwork and effective communication skills. Moreover, she conducted several technical workshops. like: IV Admixing and Clinical pharmacy skills. At that point, She believes she has got much more potential to help and positively empower the healthcare professionals by being more than a clinical pharmacist. She started to volunteer as a pharma career mentor for 4 consecutive years in an annual Egypt career summit by career 180. where she participated in mentoring circles, one to one mentoring and conducted workshops to help students and graduates explore the career more. Moreover, she provided them with valuable insights, industry knowledge and resources that significantly shortens the time it takes to identify suitable career paths. During her career journey as a pharmacist she herself seeked and received career coaching several times which significantly helped her discover her talents and set her achievable goals then action plan in the learning and development field. She got her certificate as an associate talent and development professional from ATD and her Qualified professional training program QPT /TOT by Mentarcise Accredited from TRACCERT then eventually, Eman's passion and skills to helping others led her to recently transition into a career as a career service provider. She received in-depth training in the areas of career development in the form of up to +120 class/instructional hours, provided by Aya El Dighady ( FCD program accredited by NCDA - USA) She received Certified professional Coaching (CPC) by Legacy coaching institute. ( accredited by ICF) She is a member of the career lead coaching team. Eman strongly believes in the professional development of the human capital especially when seeking the development of all healthcare sector workers. Apart from the continuous need for technical training of healthcare professionals, the non-technical interpersonal skills have the same importance and are equally essential towards better healthcare services and preparing future calibers and leadersAs a Trainer , Eman is dedicated to design and facilitate various training programs and highly engaging workshops: “interpersonal skills tailored to Healthcare professionals and Medical schools undergraduates in various universities in Egypt.” She recently, started to conduct effective communication skills workshops for the healthcare professionals working in Egyptian Healthcare Authority (EHA) As a career service provider, Eman is dedicated to assisting her clients at all stages of their careers. Whether they are recent graduates looking for their first job or experienced professionals seeking new opportunities, Eman aims to provide them with the necessary support and guidance to make informed career decisions.
