Biography

Omar is currently the Employee Experience Lead at CIB, where he is focused on making a positive impact and foster a more engaged workplace.

 
Omar started his HR career at Ridgewood, before moving on to the two largest private banks in Egypt, QNB Al Ahli and notably CIB Egypt. Over the past 9 years, Omar has played many roles in the Human Resources: including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding. Where he has successfully led and implemented initiatives that drive strategic outcomes and talent acquisition strategies implementation across different geographies in Egypt.

Omar is certified Employer Branding Professional, career coach, and trainer. He holds a Human Resources Diploma from the American University In Cairo as well as a Bachelor Degree in Business from Ain Shams University.
