  • Lead and oversee all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and policy compliance.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
  • Develop and harmonize HR policies with global best practices and local labor requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law in coordination with legal and administrative stakeholders.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management, learning, and development programs across the organization.
  • Design and manage compensation, grading, and benefits frameworks aligned with market standards.
  • Implement and optimize HR systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Promote a positive culture, engagement, and retention across teams.
