Job Purpose: Participate in designing training needs, assessment methodology and enhancing the training experience towards customer centric organization. Job Description ▪Contribute in the Development with the IT the training needs assessment system for all employees. ▪Ensure the scheduling and manage training logistic across all departments. ▪Manage the roll out of the technical training program in assistance with departmental SPOCs including assigning schedule and ensure enrollment of employees, venue reservations, selecting instructors

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Build and maintain a strong database of qualified technical candidates.Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews with candidates.Coordinate with Heads of Departments and hiring managers throughout the technical selection process.Schedule technical interviews, tasks, and follow up with candidates until the hiring decision.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.Develop and update job descriptions based on business and hiring needs.Prepare regular recruitment reports and track hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
