About the Role
Generating ,leads and identifying potential new resources, leading to raising funds from both corporates from private sector & Granting organizations
• Extract insights from studying potential partners’ CSR interest (this includes overlooking corporates strategies and the causes they are concerned about in addition to studying current collaborations and partnerships )
• secure new business development meetings with potential partners, supporters, or sponsors
• Prepare proposals and presentations to enable partnership opportunities
• Represent the Corporate Fundraising partnerships team in meetings and events
• Work closely with, the Corporate Partnerships Team and across EFB to execute engagement activities with corporate partners including events, marketing activations, …etc
• Provide high standards in maintaining relationships with existing corporate partners in a motivational manner that ensures the continuity of their support.
• Build strong relationships with potential partners, supporters or sponsors, ensuring meetings are followed up on, and opportunities to secure new support are maximized.
• Write high quality external communications documents, including monthly update emails to corporate partners and supporters, new business proposals, partnership contracts, and other marketing materials as required
• Coordinate with other departments/sections (such as: Research dept., Distribution dept. Financial dept., Quality Control dept., marketing communication…etc.) in executing corporate projects.
• Ensure timely invoice raising, and preparing partnership agreements where appropriate.
• Provide regular reports and analysis as required
• Attend internal meetings, seminars, working groups, provide reports and analysis as required
• Follow-up on related conversations and processes.
• Contribute to and support other departmental work as appropriate
Job responsibilities:
Requirements
• Min. (3) years of experience working in a corporate partnerships ,CSR department or fundraising role (within charity sector fundraising corporate fundraising, events, commercial sector relationship management/sales roles, or social responsibility roles involving management of external partnerships) • Experience of working in cross- departmental teams structure to deliver projects • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, convincing skills , in addition to the ability to elaborate partnership projects and grant proposals • Should be able to organize and work prioritize with limited supervision • Full Command of English & Arabic languages • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and ability to use databases for recording and reporting. • Bachelor degree in a related field
