About the Role
Digital Finance Specialist (Sales Indoor)
Job responsibilities:
• Contact Potential customers daily via phone to inform them about the company’s product
• Evaluate customer’s financial situation through asking about the required documents & prepare financial statements, to decide
if he will accept or reject the client
• Maintain communication with the existing customer to ensuring timely repayment of loans
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may
arise
• Enter and update customer information in the database
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in economics / banking / finance / accounting
• 0-2 years of experience (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
