Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans that align with the business needs of both sectors, ensuring we attract and hire high-quality candidates quickly.
Sourcing and networking: Build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, industry events, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on interview processes, candidate evaluations, and offer decisions.
Ensure the candidate experience is seamless and engaging, providing clear communication at every stage of the hiring process.
Employee Experience & Onboarding

Partner with internal teams to ensure new hires have the tools and support they need for a successful start within their respective business units.
Ensure an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle—from recruitment to ongoing development and retention efforts.
Continuously assess and improve the onboarding experience, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s mission and values.
Culture Building & Employee Engagement
Champion company culture and ensure that it is consistently reflected in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee interactions across both business units.
Develop initiatives to engage and retain employees, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment in both creative and healthcare-focused environments.
Foster strong relationships across teams to ensure that cultural values and organizational goals are aligned and embraced across the business.
Implement programs that enhance employee well-being and work-life balance, contributing to a healthy, motivated, and productive workforce.
People Development & Performance Management
Work closely with leadership to design and implement talent development programs, career growth opportunities, and succession planning.
Support performance management processes, including setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and ensuring continuous professional development for both creative and healthcare staff.
Advise managers on how to address performance challenges and help create action plans for improvement.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) throughout the recruitment and employee lifecycle, ensuring an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth and business objectives.
Lead or support HR projects related to talent development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and other people-related functions.
