About the Role
Loan Officer Team Leader (Outdoor sales Team Leader)
Job responsibilities:
• Evaluate sales records periodically, Achieves Loan officer team portfolio target with quality standards
• Set goals / Action plan for the loan officers to achieve and conducted sales meeting (Daily – Weekly – Annually).
• Assist the sales manager with sales strategy development and implementation.
• Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills
• Assist in Hiring new loan officers
• Interact closely with other loan officer team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and
updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in economics / banking / finance / accounting
• Males Only
• Max age 38 years
• 3-5 years of experience in financial sector
• 1-3 years of experience in the same title (Managing outdoor team)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Details- Oriented
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
