About the Role
Contact clients to know what kinds of properties meet the client need.
Gather the need information about the properties.
Prepare documents such as representation contracts purchase and lease agreements if needed.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing singing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
Proceed with contact the leads on the same day.

Perform the cold calls as per set targets.

Requirements
0-3 years experience in Real Estate Sales.
Owns a car is must.
Bachelor degree Presentable
Presentation Skills
Good communication skills
Ability to go for outdoor missions periodically.
