About the Role
Someone who loves to advocate the Scrum process, model agile behaviors, and help bring a product vision to life in cooperation with the product manager and development team.
If you’re passionate about Scrum Mastering and want to be involved in a project that will change the traditional trade market in Egypt, then we would like to meet you.
Job responsibilities:
Your day in a Nutshell might include:
-Managing each project’s scope and timeline.
-Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
-Coaching team members on Agile frameworks.
-Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
-Being the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
-Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
-Resolving conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
-Helping teams implement changes effectively.
-Ensuring deliverable are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
-Guiding development teams to higher scrum maturity.
-Helping build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.

You fit the bill if:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
You have 5 years' overall experience in technical roles.
You have 2 years' experience in a scrum master role.
You are familiar with software development.
You have good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
You are Certified Scrum master (a plus).
