About the Role
• Support in identifying, leading, and supporting strategic initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals
• Support others in Business to refine and enhance their strategies, and ensure alignment with the overall Business strategy.
• Coordinate with others to utilize learning and development tools and techniques to analysis, identify and communicate requirements for change.
• Support in identifying and measuring key performance indicators and establishing critical success factors.
• Prepare regular presentations and status reports.
• Ensure that recording and maintaining a project database containing all related information, (data, documents, reports etc.) takes place.
Regularly monitor, follow up, report and provide updates on various activities undertaken.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, preferred in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Management. 5-7 years of relevant experience working with this scope Project Management, Strategy Management, Process Improvement Lean Six Sigma Green PMP or agile previous experience Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Business Intelligence Tools, Statistical tools and methodologies Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude Ability to work independently and with others Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills Strong presentation skills Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
