Job description
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Coordinate the whole account, starting from the hiring request until the end of the deliverable. Developing and recommending recruiting techniques and sources to ensure a successful search in a given period. Interview job holders and managers to get information about jobs and to complete job descriptions by agreed deadlines. Job posting and advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling and conducting interviews and reference checks, negotiating offers, and proactively building Benchmark’s talent pipeline. Develop and oversee the implementation of the organizations’ recruitment strategy. Recruit and hire the best candidates within our client's budget and as per the agreed Job Profile.
Job responsibilities:
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. It is preferred to have an HR certificate or diploma. 1 to 2 years of solid experience in recruitment. Previous work experience in a recruitment agency. Time management & basic knowledge for SLA and hiring plan. Excellent English language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Decision-making skills.
