Conducts sales visits to get new accounts, and grow business inside existing accounts
Responsible for attaining assigned sales target.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity (KPIs).
Creates and conducts proposal presentations to clients.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Strong understanding of customer and Industry dynamics and requirements is a plus.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Preferable Field of Experience: B2B or Training background
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, proactive, follow-through, Proficiency of English Language (both spoken and written), Leadership and Teamwork.
Computer Skills: Very Good use of Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
