About the Role
-Reaching potential or existing customers to inform them about our digital services
-Answering questions about the services provided or the company itself
-Asking questions to understand the customer requirements
-Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes
-Closing sales deals.
-Keeping a record of calls and relevant details through our CRM system
-Updating customer details when needed
Job responsibilities:
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker to be able to reaction non Arabic-speaking clients
-0-1 year of digital experience
-Fresh graduate
-Quick learners, ability to learn our provided services and explain it to the customers
-Excellent negotiator
-Good knowledge of computer programs
-Cool-tempered and accepts rejection
-Proven experience in tele-sales as an English agent is a plus
