Speakol is an established native advertising platform that aims to be the number one content discovery and recommendation platform.
We strive to create a marketplace to connect publishers and advertisers, provide a brand-safe environment for advertisers, and present feasible solutions for publishers to monetize and drive traffic through engaging ad formats to promote what's relevant and interesting to their audience.
Speakol launched a new vertical working on digitizing the Real-estate process end to end. our projects: Noor, Privado, Celia, and Madinaty.
Job responsibilities:
We are looking to employ an experienced property consultant to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. The property consultant’s responsibilities include developing and sustaining good working relationships with legal counsel and other property consultants, inspecting properties with clients, and conducting surveys to obtain data. You should also be able to correctly inform clients of market conditions and trends.
Establishing relationships with potential clients and acquiring them
Capable of demonstrating our project value proposition and handling client objections
Provide client with the required collaterals and handle all his concerns to ensure correct decisions
Make sufficient yet excellent phone calls to prospects
Achieve sales revenue targets
Providing regular performance reviews and performance reports to management.
