About the Role
The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for new merchants’ acquisition, partner offer redemptions and relationship management. We are looking for a Key Accounts professional to join our team, who will drive the development and implementation of partnerships programs targeting prospective partners and managing relationships with existing ones. This person will be the central point of contact with the merchants and must be comfortable with ambiguously defined problems, challenges, and can balance thinking with tactical, detailed execution.
Job responsibilities:
· Working with identified colleagues, sales leaders, marketing, and development resources, playing a key role in executing partnerships programs to meet company goals as well as customer and community awareness.
· Responsible for new merchants sign up and enhance relationships with existing merchants.
· Responsible for performing daily merchants acquiring transactions with an objective to maximize our client base portfolio.
· Monitor merchant's transactions & sales volume.
· Verify all documentation received from merchant including (merchant agreement - mobile payment - loyalty program - installment - manual entry - discount contracts)
· Responsible for maximizing our merchant base by acquiring and introducing new merchants
· Initiate business through regular market calls/visits. Create opportunities for acquiring new customers from different potential sources
· Effectively communicate Lucky value proposition through proposals and presentations for our product verticals.
Requirements
· Holds a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
· Strong sales/ partnerships background.
· Experience in partnerships, sales, and business development with minimum of 2 to 4 years of account/sales management.
· Strong understanding to the market requirements, position, adoption, and expansion
