تقديم الدعم المناسب بناءً على احتياجات العملاء (الرد على طلبات العملاء واستفساراتهم وتلقي طلبات الطعام)
تلقي طلبات العملاء وتسجيلها على النظام / الأدوات المناسبة بناءً على العملية المناسبة
اتباع الإجراءات الداخلية والعميل الملائمة لدعم العميل
إجراء مبيعات متقاطعة بناءً على سيناريوهات المكالمة
المساعدة في تحويل العملاء إلى التسوق عبر الإنترنت
ضمان سرية العميل والعميل والشركة
التعامل مع تصعيد العملاء بناءً على عملية الشركة
متابعة عملية الجودة
المتابعة المناسبة مع العملاء والعملاء والقسم المناسب بناءً على الطلب
البقاء على اطلاع دائم عندما يتعلق الأمر بالمعلومات والعمليات والمهام المعرفية قد تتغير بناءً على متطلبات كل حساب.
We will provide a B2C service to the customers of our F&B clients. (Order Taker)
- Answering inbound calls
- Providing adequate support based on the customer needs (answering customer requests and inquiries and taking food orders)
- Taking customer orders and logging them on the adequate system/tools based on the adequate process
- Following adequate internal & client processes to support the customer
- Making cross & up sales based on the call scenarios
- Helping convert customers to online shopping
- Ensuring customer, client & company confidentialities
- Handling customer escalations based on company process
- Following the quality process
- Making adequate follow-up with the clients, customers, and adequate department based on the request
- Staying up-to-date when comes to information, process, and knowledge Tasks may change based on the requirements of each account.
