1) Coordinate with Operation and Client Relation managers to identify staffing needs. 2) Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with Training and other teams. 3) Source Interpreters through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks. 4) Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for interpreter position. 5) Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates 6) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, and assessments. 7) Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references 8) Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
