Mohamed Ibrahim is currently The Learning & Development Supervisor at Raya; he joined Raya in 2019 through their Rise graduate program and since then has worked in multiple HR functions including Organization Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Learning & development across multiple industries impacting Raya’s HR performance and strategy. His passion for learning started in 2017 through volunteer work in India and since then he has pursued a career path in organizational learning. Mohamed holds a Business degree from Cairo university and is currently pursuing his CIPD diploma in organizational learnig and development.
